What should you do if white spots appear on the leaves?
1. Avoid direct cold wind
Cause: If cold wind blows directly onto warm leaves, it will cause the leaves to lose their green color and form white spots.
Solution: When airing out, ventilate with your back to the wind direction, and the vent should be opened gradually from small to large; do not rush it. Alternatively, you can hang a piece of plastic film on the inner side of the vent, which can also prevent cold wind from blowing directly onto the plants.
2. Insulate in time
Cause: If the temperature remains above 0°C for a long time but below the temperature at which it grows normally, the leaves are prone to developing yellow-white chlorotic spots, and may even die off; there may also be slow growth or failure of the plant to root.
Solution: Identify the cause of the low temperature and take insulation measures, keeping the daytime temperature between 25°C and 30°C, and the nighttime temperature no lower than 10°C, preferably between 10°C and 18°C.
