In 2016, by a chance coincidence, Little Flower and Keke met through a friend's introduction. With the same love for desserts, they quickly hit it off and decided to make a cookie of their own. For this, they also gave it a cute name: AKOKO.

Little Flower, a returning master's graduate from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a national senior pastry chef, trained atthe Harvard of the dessert world - Lenotre LENORTE, studying under 8 French pastry craftsmen MOF.
Keke, a veteran dessert enthusiast, with unique insights into the post-90s dessert market and brand communication.
"When making cookies, I think very purely: whichever ingredient is best, use that one, and blend them together." Little Flower said.
So they found President brand butter, Valrhona cocoa powder, Japanese imported matcha powder and French West Coast fleur de sel.
But in the end, there was still one problem: getting the proportions of the recipe right. Little Flower conducted nearly a thousand experiments, but the results were all less than satisfactory. A bad start, and it seemed they could only give up.
"Until one time I remembered my old trade: solving equations." Based on her own calculations, Little Flower arrived at the recipe that best matched the cookie in her mind, and the finished AKOKO was born.
This equation became the secret of the AKOKO cookie recipe.
