Autumn chrysanthemum care tips: remember this one thing to grow a big flower ball

Chrysanthemums come in a wide variety of cultivars, each with its own beauty, and every autumn is a season when chrysanthemums bloom profusely. If you keep a few pots of chrysanthemums at home, by autumn their fragrance really fills the whole house!
After autumn arrives, chrysanthemums will begin to develop flower buds and grow bud balls, so if we want their fragrance to fill the whole house, then from now on, when caring for them, we must pay attention to the following three points!
1. Light must be sufficient
If you want chrysanthemums to grow more buds and bloom more, after autumn arrives we must give them plenty of sunlight. Whether grown indoors or outdoors, put them wherever the sunlight is most abundant. The more sunlight you give them, the more flowers they will produce and the more vivid their colors will be!
If you can let them get 8 hours of sun a day, never let them get only 6 hours; if you can give them 6 hours, never let them get only 4 hours. In short, let them get as much sun as possible, because this point directly determines whether they bloom a lot or a little!
2. Watering must be timely
Since at this stage they are developing flower buds and growing bud balls, water must not be lacking. When the surface layer of the potting soil dries, water them promptly, and you must water thoroughly! At this stage, remember not to let them suffer prolonged drought and lack water. Once they do not get enough water at this stage, their buds will grow especially small and their number will be fewer!
3. Nutrients must be sufficient
Anyone who has grown chrysanthemums knows that their flowering volume is relatively large, and such a large flowering volume inevitably requires sufficient nutrients to support it, so we must provide plenty of fertilizer!
Besides applying a compound fertilizer with a balanced ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium once every 10 days to ensure normal growth, you should also apply monopotassium phosphate once every 10 days, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1000. After mixing, either drench the roots or spray the leaves, both are fine!
Simply put, as long as you remember the above three points, the chrysanthemums we grow can basically bloom into a big flower ball!
