The 4S store boss tried to save a black pine without success and said if it's planted alive there's a promotion, the painter: he must keep his word.

Nowadays, the rich and colorful material and spiritual life of the city makes more and more young people yearn for it. So, many young people, in order to live a good life in the future, in rural areas, young people who don't study quickly throw themselves into the life circle of marching into the big city. Little Xinyu (original name: Li Xinyu) is one of them. He went out to work after graduating from junior high school in 2010, helping people repair cars at an auto repair shop in Kunming, and it has been seven or eight years now. Last September, he quit and moved to a 4S store selling Volkswagen series cars to do sheet metal and painting, becoming a painter. The car paint done by his hands made customers very satisfied. In fact, this is mainly the result of his usual fearlessness of hardship and hard practice.

Some time ago, their boss, on a business trip, took a fancy to a huge old black pine stump, brought it back and planted it himself. After some time, he found that the black pine he had planted was getting more and more wrong. The branches were obviously dry and loose, and the pine needles were also obviously softening. So he urgently used some relatively high-grade medicines to supplement its nutrition, and even specially gave the stump an IV drip, but all to no avail.

At last year's annual meeting, the commended Little Xinyu was very happy, preparing to make good use of the skills he learned from his master in the coming year. Maybe his skills would be discovered by the leaders one day, and there would be a possibility of promotion. So, having received his year-end bonus, he walked and talked on the phone. Unexpectedly, in the conference hall, he met the boss chatting about his stump, and from his face one could see that he seemed a bit helpless about the failure of cultivating the stump.

So, while he was on the side talking on the phone, he unexpectedly heard the boss say that if anyone could plant that black pine of his alive, he would be willing to spend some money. The boss also said that if anyone in our factory could save it in time, a promotion could also be considered, and he hoped all friends would help and see if there were any talents in this area. At this time Little Xinyu could not sit still, and answered, I'll give it a try. And with a smile he said, Boss Ma, does what you said earlier still count. The boss said, such a promise I will definitely honor.

So, the next day, after busying himself with his work, he came to the boss, did some treatment to his stump, and then carried out soil planting management. After his daily management, now it is also autumn, and looking at the stump again, there has already been improvement, and the probability of survival has risen to ninety percent. It turned out that his grandfather was a forest ranger and had his own unique set of maintenance methods for this kind of stump variety. Such secrets must be learned from him. The key thing is still to wait for him to be promoted and treat us brothers to a big meal. If you want to learn the method, find him; if you want to eat the big meal, follow us. Are you willing?
