In autumn, many garden enthusiasts like to grow some melons, fruits and vegetables on their own balconies. For example, chives, leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes and so on. The biggest advantage of growing melons, fruits and vegetables yourself is that they are healthy and free from pollution, and besides that, what you grow at home really tastes different - however you eat it, you feel it is delicious!

Yes indeed, as expected, nothing beats what you grow yourself. This feeling is just like cooking: no matter how delicious someone else's cooking is, it can never match your own.

Actually, in our daily lives we don't have to grow things with a purpose in mind. When the mood strikes, we can just grow things for fun! For example, we can plant some fruit seeds, just treating it as growing for fun, and not expecting these fruit seeds to actually bear fruit - what if what grows is a beautiful potted plant?

Today Huahua is here to recommend 3 kinds of potted plants grown from fruit seeds. When you eat fruit at home normally, don't throw them away!

1. Longan

After eating longan, do not throw away the stone! Wash it clean and put it in soil, with the smaller end facing up, and bury it in nutrient soil. When growing a longan potted plant, remember to water it a bit more. Every day you can use a small spray bottle to sprinkle some water on the longan potted plant to ensure the moisture needed for longan growth. As for fertilizer, the nutrient soil already contains it, so no extra fertilizer is needed. Once water and nutrients are sufficient, the potted plant will naturally grow a bit faster.

2. Pomelo

I wonder if any of you have ever tried burying pomelo seeds in soil to make a potted plant? Huahua has tried it, but at the time did not soak them, which caused Huahua's pomelo potted plant to fail... But it doesn't matter. After Huahua looked up information and asked professionals, Huahua learned how to turn pomelo into a potted plant.

First, you still need to soak the pomelo seeds in a basin for about 3 days, in order to let the pomelo sprout quickly. Changing the water once a day is also good for seed germination. The soil used should preferably be fertile soil with good air permeability. Put the seeds in the pot and water once every two or three days. In less than a month, the pomelo seeds will sprout and slowly grow into a potted plant!

3. Dragon fruit

Few people pick out dragon fruit seeds to grow into potted plants, right! You'd have to be really free to do that. However, growing dragon fruit seeds into a potted plant is truly not easy at all. The boss at Huahua's company actually grew one! Just rinse the dragon fruit seeds and bury them in a pot. When growing them, the light should not be too strong, and you cannot water too much either - you could say you need to be careful at every step. After the dragon fruit seeds slowly grow small sprouts and become seedlings, only when the dragon fruit seedlings grow to about 15 cm can you put the potted plant under the sun to grow it.

Although the seeds of these three fruits cannot grow into fruit, as potted plants they are still quite nice!
