Succulents shriveled up in summer with almost nothing left? Use this method early in autumn to grow a whole patch

In summer, some flower friends' succulents were dried into a pile of withered leaves, and seeing the succulents "destroyed" is very painful. Being careful every day, I never expected to still be able to protect the poor little succulent, and let it die. While it is autumn now, you can set out some succulents that have not dried out, and then use this method to grow a big patch.
This method is leaf cutting, which I think everyone is familiar with. As for the method before cutting succulents, some flower friends are not very clear about it. In order to grow healthily and grow new leaves, Meiyu talked about succulent soil today. By the way, I hope it can help everyone.
Step 1: "Choosing leaves" is a bit tricky
Leaf selection is delicate, you cannot just pick up any leaf. Some leaves are not suitable for cutting. For example, thin leaves have relatively little space inside the leaf, and cannot store a large amount of nutrients and water. If used for cutting, they will wither within a few days, let alone take root.
Thick leaves will have more space, and there will be more room for storage. When cutting, they are not easy to drop due to lack of water. Therefore, if you choose a leaf, choose a thicker one; it is best if it feels plump and feels full.
Step 2: "Cleaning leaves" should be slow
After choosing the leaves, it is time to start leaf cutting. The tool can be soaked with scissors or a small blade, then put into boiling water for 2 minutes, then taken out. When cutting, you should gently pinch the leaf with one hand, then slowly cut with the knife, moving gently, so as not to hurt other leaves.
Step 3: "Planting material" should be breathable
The soil should be loose and breathable. You can use river mud, river sand, and crushed leaves mixed in a 1:1:1 ratio. If only river mud is used, it will have some viscosity, and drainage is not very good. The river mud should be dried before mixing, then put on gloves and mix the river sand with it, and use it.
Step 4: Carefully "insert the leaves"
When inserting succulent leaves, the bottom of the leaf should be inserted into the soil. The distance between leaves should be 2-3 cm. This can avoid roots becoming tangled together, and when the succulent takes root, the succulent growth needs a certain amount of space; if it is too tight, it is not good for growth.
After cutting the succulents, about 10 can take root. At this time, flower friends must hold back the urge to fertilize. Because at this time the succulent is still very fragile, and its absorption function is not very complete. If you want to fertilize, you must wait at least one month.
When the leaves are as big as a fingernail, you can use succulent nutrient solution, spray once every 10 days, each time using water diluted 1000 times to grow more succulents!
The above is the method for inserting more succulent leaves. If your own succulents have also dried out, you can try this method.
