Growing flowers is like harvesting chives: cut one batch and new shoots sprout, and palm-sized leaves swiftly climb all over the wall

Autumn is exactly when flowers grow more and more vigorously. If your flowers still are not growing in autumn, or even have yellowing and falling leaves, would not that be upsetting? Do not worry. Today Huahua will teach everyone a simple and crude method: just take those problematic flowers and cut them down like harvesting chives, and they will immediately grow vigorously!

Cut a spider plant once, and new leaves will come pouring out!

Spider plants count as the most commonly grown plant in flower lovers' homes, but if your spider plant always has yellow leaves, or is even wilted, then you might as well try giving it a buzz cut and let it regrow new leaves!

How to do it?

1. If your spider plant has yellow leaves over a large area, or like the flower lover below, has quite a few scale insects on its small plantlets, or you even think it has grown into unattractive weeds, you can try giving it a buzz cut.

2. With a pair of large scissors, cut off all the leaves from a spot about 2-3cm from the roots of the spider plant. Note that if many small plantlets have grown, the stems of those small plantlets should be kept, and by no means cut them off.

A handful of spider plant leaves cut off really does look like weeds!

3. About 20 days after the buzz cut, the spider plant will sprout new leaves. Normally give it plenty of scattered light, and occasionally water it with some fermented rice washing water, and the spider plant's leaves will grow greener and wider!

Cut pennywort once, and its leaves will be bigger than 5 coins!

The weather has turned cool, and the sun is not as harsh as in summer. Everyone should hurry and take this last chance to tidy up the pennywort at home, so you can get round, big leaves!

Steps:

1. If you think your pennywort is not growing, or its leaves are too small, then you might as well just give it a buzz cut! Whether it is water-cultured or soil-cultured, just cut it at about 3-4cm above the pot surface.

2. A big handful of cut-off leaves, does it not look just like harvesting chives?

3. After the buzz cut, it takes only about 10 days for the pennywort to regrow new leaves!

4. If you want the pennywort's leaves to grow bigger and bigger, during its growth, besides applying compound fertilizer once a month, you also need to give it more sun and more water, and then the pennywort's newly grown leaves will become bigger and bigger!

Cut a clivia once, and its leaves will be so green they shine with oil!

Normally, after clivia passes summer dormancy, it should grow in autumn, but some flower lovers' clivia have various problems, mainly manifested in rot in the core and leaves. Since that is the case, then be ruthless and cut them off, and let it regrow!

How to do it?

1. If the clivia's core rot is severe, then you must wipe off the leaves and the like, leaving only the intact parts, so it can send out new buds again.

2. Find a pair of sterilized scissors and cut off all the rotted core and leaves of the clivia. To prevent bacterial infection, you can also apply some carbendazim powder or potassium permanganate solution to the stump after beheading.

3. Place the beheaded clivia in a cool, ventilated place, do not water too much, and before long you will see new small buds sprouting from the place where the clivia was beheaded.

4. After the clivia sprouts new buds, you must take good care of it. Normally place the flowerpot in a place with plenty of scattered light, and water only after you see the potting soil has dried completely. By no means let water accumulate in the pot. You can also bury some peanuts and melon seeds in the pot, and then the clivia can regrow lush and green!

Cut a pothos once, and it will swiftly climb all over the wall!

If the pothos at home has always been wilted and its vines are barely growing, then you might as well take this chance to give it a buzz cut. In just a few days it will grow swiftly!

How to do it?

1. If the pothos at home has already wilted beyond recognition, no matter whether it was caused by lack of water or some other reason, everyone must make up their mind and cut it off ruthlessly!

2. Use scissors close to the pot surface, and start pruning at about 2cm or so!

3. After the buzz cut, place the pothos in a cool, ventilated place, and basically within 7-10 days it will sprout new leaves. After that, as long as you ensure ventilation and water it with some rice washing water or fish tank water, the pothos will grow even more vigorously!
