Plant a pot of this vegetable in autumn, and you can eat it within a month; it is easy to grow, looks good, and gives you several harvests

Many friends often ask, it's autumn now, and they want to grow some vegetables themselves, but what is good to plant, and they are not very good at growing vegetables, so is there any particularly simple vegetable to grow? Then Xiaoya recommends garlic sprouts, chives, baby bok choy, and lettuce, because they can grow well without skill, and their growth is especially vigorous, especially garlic sprouts, which every household has in the kitchen. This year's garlic is also very cheap, and sometimes what cannot be eaten is wasted, so it is better to throw it into a flower pot. It is too easy to grow, and it grows green and lush, as pleasing to the eye as a potted plant.
Plant a pot of garlic sprouts in autumn, and they can grow one chi tall in ten days; you can eat several harvests, and you can even harvest garlic!
The method of growing garlic sprouts is very simple; choose either of two methods, and both are very easy: hydroponic garlic, which can be eaten for several harvests and is also relatively clean, simple, and hygienic.
Whether the garlic bulbs have sprouted or not, they can all be used for hydroponics; you only need to prepare a container for hydroponics. Put it in a brightly lit place, and add water when the water runs out.
After harvesting one round, continue growing it hydroponically; you can also water it with some decomposed organic fertilizer water and give it more sun, so the leaves can grow fast and well.
When harvesting for the first time, do not cut too low, and it will continue to grow leaves. If grown well in water, you can still eat one or two harvests.
One method is soil culture of garlic, which grows more robustly, with thicker branches and leaves; if raised well, later on it may even produce garlic scapes and garlic bulbs.
Before sowing garlic, prepare fertile soil. It is not picky about soil, but the more fertile the better. You can use leaf mold plus a little coal cinder or sand, garden soil, and you can also add some decomposed chicken manure fertilizer, cow manure, farmyard manure, and so on.
Prepare garlic that has not gone moldy. After breaking apart the garlic bulb, insert the cloves one by one into the soil at a depth of about two cm, leaving just a little tip outside. Water thoroughly, but do not turn it into mud, then place it in a sunny and ventilated place. Generally, it will sprout and emerge in one week.
After the seedlings have grown for a week and are relatively neat, give them a little organic fertilizer water. If you do not have cleanliness obsessions, or cannot find fertilizer, you can use a child's urine, put it in a drink bottle to ferment for a period of time, then dilute it and water it in; do not use too much, otherwise it is easy to burn the roots.
Increase its nutrients, and after more than ten days, it can grow to about a chi tall. At this time, you can pick the garlic sprouts to eat. Remember to cut them off with scissors, because if you give a little more fertilizer, it will continue to grow, and you can still eat one or two harvests. After two months, add a little more fertilizer. It will grow especially fast, and the garlic sprouts will grow taller and taller; by then it can even bolt.
After bolting, about twenty-plus days later, you can pull it up from the potting soil together with the roots and harvest the garlic bulbs. The garlic Xiaoya grew in flower pots, although not as large as that grown in open ground, still produced quite a lot. If it is garlic grown on a terrace or in a rooftop flower bed, the harvested garlic bulbs are even more.
