Orchid side shoots grow vigorously, blooming batch after batch, all because of this one thing

All flower enthusiasts find orchids somewhat more difficult to grow than other flowers, but for experienced orchid growers it is really not hard. Orchids, like other flowers, follow their natural patterns; once you understand their growth habits, they will naturally grow well. From ancient times to the present, the saying "to grow orchids, first grow the roots" has always been true. When the roots are well grown and strong, the branches and shoots will naturally thrive, and there will naturally be more flowers. So how can you quickly grow the roots well and make them strong?
To make orchid roots grow well and strong, the first thing is to get the growing medium right. There is a saying in orchid growing: "If you want orchids not to rot, the pot still needs humus soil." "Add a little coarse river sand to the mix, and the orchid seedlings will surely grow well." These two sayings mean that when growing orchids, you should not use only granular growing medium. The growth of any plant cannot be separated from soil; soil is the mother of plant growth. Granular growing medium only serves to provide air permeability and drainage, and cannot provide nutrients to the orchid plant. If, when choosing granular growing medium, you add a certain proportion of leaf mold and coarse river sand to it, it is extremely beneficial to the growth of orchid roots. In addition, soaking one thing in water and watering the orchids with it makes the orchid roots thick and strong, and the side shoots grow vigorously.
The soaking in water mentioned here actually means soaking willow branches in water. In the past, I also saw many articles introducing this method. At the time I found it unbelievable, but then I thought, there is no harm in it anyway, so I used it a few times casually. Just those few times made me look at it with new eyes. After using it, the root system also became thick and white, the germination rate increased noticeably, and flowering needless to say, and the roots did not rot, and disease resistance became stronger. Since then I have kept using it, and up to now several pots of orchids have all grown very strong. Now many people are using it, and the effect is really visible.
Willow branches are generally available everywhere, on both sides of roads and all over parks. Select tender branches of the current year, cut them together with the leaves into small segments, then find a container, add twice the amount of clean water, and finally seal the mouth of the container tightly. After soaking for 7--10 days it can be used to water flowers. Dilute with 5 times the amount of clean water and water once every half month. This water not only strengthens roots and seedlings, but also has a significant effect on stagnant seedlings. It is not only used for orchids, but is effective for any flower.
