It belongs to Jianlan or Four-Season Orchid, a white pure-heart flower produced in the mainland, commonly known as Tiegusu Xin, with a delicate fragrance, blooming in summer. The leaf shape of Tianxiangsu is completely different from other pure-heart orchids. Its leaves are slender and form a V shape, with a hard and upright midrib, and the leaf tips are wrapped with a golden edge, also called a golden mouth. The pseudobulbs are round and large, the flower color is pure white, and the flower shape is well-formed, with an especially strong fragrance. Because its leaf shape, flower shape, petals, lip, and flower stem are all completely different from other pure-heart orchids, it has a style of its own and considerable ornamental value, and is therefore called the queen of pure-heart orchids. It spread to Japan long ago, and after long-term cultivation by Japanese enthusiasts, white tips appeared, sometimes also with white lines. Thus in the 35th year of the Meiji era in Japan (1902), the grower, a Japanese person in Osaka named Otani, named it "Tianxiang", which attracted the attention of Japanese orchid circles at the time, and it was then widely cultivated and enjoyed, loved by orchid enthusiasts at home and abroad. It sprouts readily, the plant is generally about 30-40 cm tall, the leaf width is about 1 cm, and the number of leaves per seedling is 2-4!
