Growing vegetables on the balcony using cola bottles and empty oil drums as pots, they grow vigorously and yield a lot

It's autumn, the temperature is cool and suitable, and it's once again the season when flowers, plants and vegetables grow vigorously. Growing some vegetables at home now, they sprout relatively quickly and grow fast too, and the lush green look makes people feel great. Growing some vegetables, you can admire them while eating them, getting the best of both worlds. But some friends want to grow vegetables yet have no flower pots, so what should they do?
For growing vegetables at home, just use drink bottles, cola bottles and empty oil jugs to grow them, and anything you plant will thrive, lush green and especially vigorous!
What we can often find at home are cola bottles, large mineral water bottles, and the empty oil jugs left in the kitchen after using cooking oil. These things are everywhere, and are usually just thrown away as trash, but they are really perfect for growing vegetables. They let you reuse waste, are eco-friendly, save money and are practical.
Steps for growing vegetables with cola bottles and empty oil drums:
Wash the collected bottles and oil drums with water, let them dry, then cut open the end with the lid. When cutting, you can flatten it first and then cut, which makes it easier and less likely to hurt your hands. This way a vegetable-growing pot about 20 cm tall and over 10 cm in diameter is ready.
Then poke a few small holes at the bottom and around the sides. You can make the holes by heating a wire, or drill them with a pointed nail, both very simple. Generally, a dozen or so small holes are enough. This way, growing vegetables won't waterlog, and it's more breathable and drains better.
If you are growing some small greens, vegetables, lettuce and other vegetables whose roots are not particularly extensive, you can also cut the drink bottle or empty oil drum in half from the middle, then poke holes, and growing vegetables this way is also very convenient.
Then fill it with leaf mold plus a little sand, or nutrient soil or similar fertile soil, and you can grow vegetables. During the vegetables' growth, the root development is clear at a glance, and it's easy to judge whether watering and fertilizing are needed.
On a vegetable grower's terrace, a large patch of strawberries and flowers was grown in empty oil drums. Pick them whenever you want to eat them, and the growth is really great.
And empty oil jugs have another clever use, which is for fermenting organic fertilizer, that is, eco-friendly enzyme. Soybeans and mung beans you can't finish at home, fruit peels, as well as okara and rice-washing water, can all be put in to ferment, making excellent organic fertilizer for growing vegetables.
Besides using these things to grow vegetables, you can also use unused washbasins at home, empty boxes and so on to grow vegetables. The vegetables grow vigorously and beautifully.
You can also use unused wooden boards and wood to nail together a large flower box shape yourself, for growing vegetables. The space is large and the vegetables grow vigorously!
