When it comes to sowing, many flower lovers' first impression is that it's so hard, I definitely can't do it! But actually sowing is very simple, as long as you find the right method! Today Huahua teaches everyone 3 sowing methods, guaranteed 100% germination!

Plastic bottle sowing method, saves money and worry!

1. Find a used plastic bottle, cut it into three parts - top, middle and bottom - as shown below, keep only the top and bottom parts, the middle part is not needed and can be thrown away.

2. Prepare loose, breathable nutrient soil. The soil for sowing can be mixed with peat soil: vermiculite: cinder = 2:1:1. Before use, it must be sterilized by sun exposure, or sprayed with carbendazim for sterilization.

3. Spray it wet, pour it into the lower part of the plastic bottle, then scatter the seeds on top. For seeds that need soil covering, sprinkle a thin layer of soil over them.

3. Use a plastic bag or cling film to cover the mouth of the bottle after sowing, place it in a spot with diffused light and no direct sun, spray water on the soil surface 2-3 times a day to keep it moist, and ventilate for about 2 hours.

4. A few days later, once the seeds have sprouted, you can move it to a place with good ventilation and light, and remove the plastic film.

But the seedlings are too fragile and cannot take strong sun or wind. At this point, you can put the top part back on, which both keeps moisture in and protects the seedlings.

Paper towel germination sowing method!

1. Prepare a few wet paper towels, a disposable lunch box, and seeds that are relatively large.

2. Wash the wet paper towels clean with water, keep them moist, lay them in the disposable lunch box, and scatter the seeds on the surface of the wet paper towels.

3. Use an awl to poke a few holes in the lid of the disposable lunch box, then put the lid on, and place it in a cool place.

4. When the wet paper towels dry out, spray water on them. Within 1-2 days, the seeds will germinate.

5. The wet paper towel germination method is suitable for relatively large seeds: such as bowl lotus, nasturtium, geranium, morning glory, and various fruits. It is not suitable for tiny seeds!

Seedling block sowing method!

1. Seedling blocks are the simplest sowing method of all. You just need to buy a few seedling blocks like the ones below.

2. Soak the seedling blocks in water or spray them with water, letting the seedling blocks fully absorb water and expand.

3. Put the seeds or pelleted seeds (tiny seeds are coated with a sugar coating, called pelleted seeds) into the groove in the middle of the seedling block.

4. For those that don't need soil covering, just leave them like that. For those that need soil covering, pull a bit of soil from the edge of the seedling block to cover the seeds.

5. Place the seedling blocks in a spot with diffused light and good ventilation, and the little sprouts will quickly poke out! At this point, water and sun them normally. When the seedlings grow bigger, just plant the seedling blocks together into a large pot. Very convenient.

That's all for today's sowing tips.

It's autumn now, everyone hurry up and start sowing!

If you're late, there will be no flowers to admire next spring!
