Do this one thing after pruning roses and they will bloom more than they have leaves

Fellow rose growers all know that if you want your roses to bloom more, pruning is an essential step! But today Chengcheng wants to tell you: after pruning your roses, there are two things you must pay attention to, otherwise the pruning will have been in vain!
First, when we prune roses, the goal is to make them sprout more side shoots; the more side shoots there are, the more branches capable of blooming they will have!
So after we finish pruning the roses, we should fertilize first to let the side shoots sprout as quickly as possible, so the plants first grow blooming branches, and only then will they have the conditions to bloom more!
For fertilizing, be sure to use a compound fertilizer with a balanced ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, applying it two or three times a month; once a large number of side shoots have emerged, switch to a high-phosphorus fertilizer that promotes flower bud differentiation!
Many fellow growers, right after pruning their roses, immediately give them a high-phosphorus fertilizer to promote blooming so they will rebloom as quickly as possible. This is wrong! Because at this point the side shoots have not grown out yet and there are not many branches, so think about it: how many flowers can they possibly produce?
Second, after pruning roses, besides fertilizing, sunlight absolutely cannot be neglected either!
Everyone remember: roses love light no less than jasmine does. After we finish pruning, if they are grown indoors, be sure to give them plenty of light, as this will be more conducive to the sprouting of their side shoots!
If after pruning the roses cannot get enough light, then no matter how much fertilizer we give them, they will not produce many flowers!
Making roses bloom in a full burst is not hard at all. As long as after pruning we remember these two points, a pot full of flowers is absolutely no problem!
