For example, in August 2017 garlic prices gradually declined, and at that time the oversupply pattern in the garlic market had already begun to appear, and this oversupply pattern has never been reversed, even by the time fresh garlic came onto the market this May, and even last year's old garlic had not yet been fully sold.

And this year, because the garlic supply is even larger than last year, this oversupply pattern will be even more severe than last year. Judging from the garlic cycle in recent years, only one cycle is completed every three to four years. Prices next year are believed to rebound somewhat, but it is still not enough to say that the garlic pattern will completely change next year.

For garlic buyers, the weather is gradually turning colder now, and a large amount of garlic has already sprouted due to improper storage, with quality declining.
