7 of the easiest houseplants to grow - even beginners can hardly kill them

Growing plants indoors is very easy too, and it's just as much fun as growing flowers outdoors, but you need to make sure to keep the environment ventilated and the light bright, and avoid keeping them in a closed-off space; if you're worried about killing your plants, then you should grow some plants that are especially easy to grow.
Note: before buying a plant, be sure to check whether it is toxic; if you have children or pets at home, be even more careful.
1. Golden pothos (Epipremnum aureum)
Why do most households think of golden pothos when choosing plants? Because it has an excellent air-purifying effect indoors and can absorb and remove harmful toxins produced by household decoration materials, such as the common formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and so on. It has a very good purifying effect, and it is very easy to grow; it can also be grown as a hanging basket suspended in the air, or as a climbing plant given a support to climb on.
Caring for golden pothos is especially simple: just water thoroughly once the soil is dry, avoid waterlogging, keep the environment brightly lit or give it appropriate scattered light every day and it will grow well; avoid keeping it at too low a temperature.
2. Aloe (Aloe vera)
Aloe is also a medicinal succulent, and keeping it at home has a certain air-purifying effect. It likes fairly abundant light and likes a warm, dry environment year-round. You can place it on an east- or south-facing windowsill; the growing soil should have good drainage, avoid frequent watering, do not pour water into the center of the leaves when watering, and also pay attention to protecting it from the cold in winter.
3. Spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum)
The spider plant is a very popular indoor potted plant. It is very ornamental, can add vitality to a room, and also grows runners, making it very suitable for growing as a hanging basket plant.
To care for a spider plant, keep the soil moist; in autumn and winter you can appropriately reduce watering. Keep the light bright and give it appropriate sunlight; the most suitable growing temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees.
4. Ivy (Hedera helix)
Ivy looks very elegant and is suitable for growing indoors. It has a certain air-purifying ability and is very suitable for placement in a ventilated, cool environment; it does not like scorching sun or excessive direct sunlight. During the growing season, keep the soil moist.
5. Jade plant (Crassula ovata)
If you want a plant that grows well without frequent care, then the jade plant is a good choice. It is very drought-tolerant and likes a warm, dry environment year-round. The spot where you keep it should stay brightly lit, or it can have more sunlight.
The thing the jade plant fears most when being cared for is frequent watering or too low a temperature; as long as you avoid these two mistaken care practices, it will maintain good growth.
6. Rubber plant (Ficus elastica)
The rubber plant is a very easy-to-grow indoor plant. It likes abundant light and can keep growing in shade as well. During the growing season you can keep the soil moist, but avoid the soil staying wet for long periods; the growing soil should have good drainage, and keep the environment warm year-round, with the minimum care temperature kept above five degrees.
7. Peace lily (Spathiphyllum)
This indoor potted plant can be seen in many homes. It has very charming pure white flowers and dark green leaves, is very easy to grow, likes low humidity and low light environments, and grows well indoors too. During the spring and summer growing season you can keep the soil moist; in autumn and winter you need to appropriately reduce watering, and the spot where you keep it can be given appropriate scattered light.
