Images and text: This girl is a little sweet

First love is the first flower of youth, and it cannot be casually thrown away.

First love is always especially unforgettable, and time is the best medicine. Some say first love is bitter, like the taste of cappuccino, yet one cannot stop wanting more. Some say first love is sweet, like the succulents in the pictures, generally a pink memory.

With an adorably cute appearance and a verdant, translucent body, it is unclear why it was given such a sorrowful name, "Angel's Tears." At first glance, those plump leaves really do look like teardrops. Hand in hand, gazing into tearful eyes, yet unable to speak, choked with emotion. What chokes us is not the poet's sorrow, but that this charming little thing is truly endearing.

With its small plant shape and slightly orange-pink leaf edges, it truly lives up to its name. Echeveria 'Mebina' needs sufficient sunlight; only then can the leaf color be brilliant and eye-catching, and the plant shape compact and beautiful, just as a young woman needs careful care to grow into a graceful maiden.

A beauty rolls up the pearl curtain, sits deep within, knitting her moth-like brows. One only sees the tear stains are wet, and does not know whom her heart resents. Why is the beauty sorrowful? Why is the beauty worried? Perhaps it is the melancholy of breaking up with a lover, perhaps it is life's disappointments, perhaps it is just some trivial matters.

But life is just like this; unsatisfying things happen eight or nine times out of ten, so why care about everything? Find a courtyard, plant some flowers and plants, sit and watch the flowers bloom and fall before the courtyard, smile and watch the clouds roll and unroll at the horizon. Would that not be delightful!

The vitality of Firestorm is comparable to that of grass. Firestorm turns green during the growing season and grows madly and vigorously, but once the dry autumn season arrives, with enough sunlight it will be brilliant, brilliantly fire-red as shown in the pictures.

Sempervivum 'Tectorum' is the succulent whose name the editor finds the most romantic, bar none. Every succulent lover who takes home a Sempervivum 'Tectorum' must surely cherish it with the most sincere heart, accompany it as it grows, and wish every friend who loves succulents can meet a lifelong partner with whom to "hold your hand and grow old together."

Hold your hand, and grow old together with you.

Sempervivum 'Kannon' lives up to its name, like blooming lotuses, closely resembling Guanyin's lotus seat, hence the name Sempervivum 'Kannon'. An auspicious name, a beautiful appearance, and mainly easy to propagate; it is hard not to love it.

Do not forget the original intention, and only then can one reach the end.

The original intention is easy to obtain, but the end is hard to keep.

May we, on the path of succulents, keep loving them as always!

May we, on the green path, roam freely and grow!
