Wild plants are precious in value, so don't pick them casually just because they are beautiful

For a long time, most of what I have written about has been wild plants, and among them I have shared many different types of plants, but I wonder how many my readers are familiar with? Whether or not they have value to you, I hope you will not maliciously destroy them or dig them up for profit. At present, many purely natural things seem to be gradually decreasing, and some are even endangered. So today I am also going to talk about a relatively precious and rare "thousand-petal lotus". Some people may have heard of it, but that does not matter. I believe that after reading this article you will have a deep impression of it.
The "thousand-petal lotus" has several folk aliases, such as: di jin lian, di yong jin lian, and so on. Its plant grows in clumps and has horizontal rhizomes. In addition, its pseudostem is relatively short, normally around 60 cm. It is not found in every province in our country, and is mostly concentrated in Yunnan, Sichuan and other places. Because its flowers are very unique and beautiful, from a distance they look like a golden lamp. For this reason, some people from other places even make special trips there to admire them and take photos. To be honest, I quite like them too. It is just that we do not have this kind of thousand-petal lotus here. If we did, I would certainly cultivate it and treasure it well.
So far, the number of wild ones is extremely small, and even searching the surrounding mountains and forests makes them very hard to find. Therefore, people have now succeeded in introducing and cultivating them through growing techniques, though compared with purely natural ones there may still be differences, at least in terms of value. Generally, it prefers sunny places and fertile, loose soil. If the temperature falls below zero, it will freeze to death. Wild "thousand-petal lotus" grows on mountain slopes. If you see it, you should value it. Do not casually pick it and take it home just because it looks nice. That is not right.
The value of the thousand-petal lotus:
Although most of what I write about is herbaceous plants, I am still fairly familiar with this kind of flower. As far as I know, besides having high ornamental value, more importantly it has certain medicinal uses, mainly effective for: stopping bleeding, leukorrhea, sobering up, and detoxifying. In addition, it is also a sacred object of Buddhism.
