How do you save an aloe vera with root rot? Do this and you can get a brand-new aloe vera potted plant

Aloe vera is a plant that is very easy to care for, but many gardening enthusiasts find that their aloe vera always develops root rot. So how exactly should you deal with aloe vera root rot?
When you discover that your aloe vera at home has root rot, first take the plant out of the flower pot, then trim away all the rotted roots cleanly.
After that, put it in a cool place to dry, and after about five days or so, you can repot it.
Before repotting, sterilize and disinfect the previous potting soil. Or use new, sterilized soil to replant it, so as to prevent the roots from being infected again.
After repotting, be sure to water sparingly. It does not matter even if the potting soil is a little dry for aloe vera, but you must be careful not to overwater.
In spring and summer, watering it about once every week or so is enough. In autumn and winter, you can rely solely on misting the leaves to keep them moist, and try not to water at all.
When fertilizing aloe vera, be sure not to apply too much fertilizer, otherwise it may also cause root rot. Applying an organic fertilizer once every so often is enough.
The potting soil for growing aloe vera must have good drainage, as this is the only way to avoid root rot caused by overwatering. It is best to grow it in loose, well-draining soil.
If the root rot is not caused by overwatering, check whether pests or diseases have occurred. If so, spray pesticide promptly for prevention and control.
