The climbing plant with the longest blooming period stays in flower for over half a year at a stretch, comes in a riot of colors, and is easy to grow.

Introduction
Potted greenery is an essential decorative touch for the home. Keeping some flowers and plants at home brings many benefits, beautifying the living space and lifting your mood. "Flower Voice Potted Plant Diary, Issue 1269" introduces you to a vine with one of the longest blooming periods.
Today's Star
In previous issues we introduced many vines, such as clematis, Mandevilla, and bougainvillea, each with its own merits. Some flower lovers asked whether there are any suitable for planting in the ground in the north. The flower introduced today is called Climbing Rainbow; it is highly cold-hardy and can overwinter safely even when planted in the ground in the north.
Climbing Rainbow
Climbing Rainbow is a large-flowered miniature rose, a climbing plant. It gets its name because it can produce flowers of many colors, like a beautiful rainbow. It is the same variety as the "Five-Color Rose," created by artificial breeding in 1998, and is now introduced around the world. It is an excellent vertical landscaping material, and decorating courtyard fences, flower walls, and arches with it gives superb results.
Long Blooming Period
The flower color of Climbing Rainbow changes: golden yellow with red edges, and as daylight lengthens the color gradually turns pink, yellow, white, and so on. Its blooming period is extremely long; throughout the year, apart from a short rest in winter, it is in bloom the rest of the seasons, flowering for over half a year at a time, making it one of the plants with the longest blooming periods.
Easy to Cultivate
Climbing Rainbow is a small climbing plant. The plant is not especially tall, so it can be grown in a pot on a balcony; a flower pot of ordinary size is enough to grow it. Of course, the larger the pot, the larger the plant. Its disease resistance is very good and its care is easy, making it suitable for a wide range of both new and experienced flower lovers to cultivate.
"Lollipop" Bonsai Tree
Climbing Rainbow is a woody plant and grows very fast, able to grow over one meter in a year. Without pruning, it easily grows into a large mass. If you have limited space at home, you can prune it appropriately; for example, by pruning only the side branches to let the main trunk grow strong, it can be shaped into a "lollipop"-shaped bonsai tree, which is very beautiful.
