How is depression cured? Mastering the right approach is key

Depression is a condition people hear about all the time. Although it is very common, people still fear it. Depression is a type of psychological problem, and in the field of psychiatry, it also has a very unique and dreaded title: the immortal mental cancer.
There are many causes of depression. In scientific terms: psychological factors account for 70 percent; environmental factors account for 20 percent; and physiological factors account for only 10 percent. The likelihood of depression being caused by physiological factors is actually very small. Just think about it: people today face increasing life pressure and setbacks, and each person's psychological tolerance is different, so triggering depressed moods and depression is something that can be understood.
From a medical perspective, depression is essentially: liver qi stagnation, mostly because our mind has been subjected to a certain degree of stimulation. As it becomes more serious, it will quite naturally cause various degrees of harm to the body as well. For example, symptoms that appear in depression include: loss of appetite, mental lethargy, sleepless nights, and so on.
So how should we prevent and treat depression?
First: when we feel wronged and anger rises up, actually, this is harming our internal organs, because this so-called anger accumulates from all the body's organs. If we suppress it like this for a long time, the body's organs will naturally want to "go on strike"!
At this time, we should not bury our grievances and suppression in our hearts. We can talk more with family or friends; when we have time, we can also go out for a walk and throw all the unhappiness, suppression and grievances to the back of our minds; if we do not want to share with others, we can go running alone and let all the bad emotions evaporate through sweat.
This will naturally relieve a lot of pressure on our various body organs, and they will not be damaged by being held in!
Second: when a person is very angry, our brain is like a command center. The first thing that can perceive it is our brain nerves. If we are angry every day, you can imagine that one day our nerves will not be able to take it, right?
Therefore, depression is ultimately a psychological illness. Generally, to treat depression we adopt: medication + exercise + mental health education + self-management of emotions for careful treatment.
Friends with depression, do not worry. As long as you persist and live a little happier every day, the warm sunshine will always belong to you. No one will blame you, no one will dislike you, and even less will anyone give up on you. So keep going, you are all loved!
