Propagate roses by cuttings this way to get more pots - don't miss this season

Roses have a long flowering period, with colors including red, white, orange, yellow and purple. Their colors are gorgeous and they bloom almost continuously. They are common ornamental flowers and are deeply loved by people. If you want to turn your roses into more pots, learn the cutting method - don't miss this season!
Rose cutting method:
(1). From September to October, the survival rate of rose cuttings is high. The autumn climate is suitable, the air is humid, and the temperature is often around 20°C, which is most suitable for growth. For autumn rose cuttings, open-field cuttings can be done in late November, or the operation can be carried out in a greenhouse.
(2). Choose current-year branches as cuttings. Old branches are full of nutrients. Cut the cuttings right below a bud node, and trim the top and bottom flat. Make the cut as smooth as possible so the wound heals easily. A horseshoe-shaped cut tends to produce side roots.
(3). Use 3 parts garden soil plus 1 part decomposed leaf mold; the ratio can also be mixed half and half. Put it into a flower pot, then water thoroughly. The branches and soil can be disinfected by spraying with potassium permanganate.
(4). Insert the prepared cuttings into the soil, then water once more so the branches and soil fit together fully.
(5). After inserting, cover with plastic film. The film can keep warmth and moisture, and is suitable for shaded growth of cuttings. It can be used in all four seasons and gives a relatively high survival rate.
(6). Water thoroughly in time and place in a cool place for care. Spray water with a spray bottle several times a day. Roots will form after 20 days, and transplanting can be done in about 30 days. The survival rate reaches more than 90%.
