How to care for dahlias? Master the right methods to grow them easily

Flowers & Gardening 0 views
Water: Caring for dahlias is fairly simple and not complicated; just keep the soil moist when it comes to watering. Fertilizer: Generally, apply a dilute fertilizer more frequently. Light: Place it in a spot with plenty of light so it can get full sunlight. Temperature: It likes to grow in a relatively cool climate.

1. Water

Dahlias quite like a moist environment and generally cannot tolerate drought, but they do not need too much water either; avoid excess water causing waterlogging. Too dry easily makes the leaves turn yellow and wither, but too wet easily causes root rot, so do not water too much.

2. Fertilizer

During its growth it needs a sufficient supply of fertilizer. When fertilizing, do not just keep applying it blindly; apply dilute fertilizer, and you can do so more frequently. Forgetting to apply fertilizer or applying too much will both backfire.

3. Light

Light conditions are indispensable and cannot be ignored. Meeting this condition is also fairly easy and simple; just let it get full sunlight.

4. Temperature

Dahlias like to grow in a relatively cool climate environment; around 10 to 25°C is just right.
