How to plant winter jasmine? These techniques you need to master
1. Cuttings
Cuttings have low requirements for the season. Apart from winter, they can be done in the other three seasons: spring, summer, and autumn. Generally, about one week after the flowers fade, cut a segment of relatively robust branch about ten-odd centimeters long, dip it in a little rooting liquid, let it dry, and then insert it into sandy soil. Water it with an appropriate amount of water to keep the soil moist, and after waiting about 15 days, it will take root.
2. Layering
Choose a relatively long branch and bury it shallowly in sandy soil, then water it frequently to keep the soil moist, which helps the branch take root. After quietly waiting for about one and a half months, it will take root. When the spring of the following year arrives, separate the layered branch from the original mother plant.
3. Division
This is generally done around March. After digging out the plant, divide it into individual plants as required, and then transplant them separately.
