Showcase of a beginner's first aquascape tank, paying tribute to newcomers who dare to get hands-on

With everyone in the group learning aquascaping together, the planted-tank hobbyists in the aquatic plant group have set up tank after tank! The editor quickly gathered several newly set-up tanks from fellow hobbyists and organized a friendly competition. Everyone, hurry up and vote!
The first tank
is an aquascape tank from fellow hobbyist Lei
Tank dimensions: 90*60*60
First, let's look at the finished aquascape photo
The base layer is laid with aquarium soil + base fertilizer + cosmetic sand and small gravel, then driftwood and aquascaping stones are placed.
Note: 1: The driftwood wasn't boiled at first, so the whole tank was covered in white fuzz when it was set up. It's recommended to boil the driftwood before setting up. 2: Some Baiyinmei capsule-powder nitrifying bacteria were added to the base layer.
Fill with water and add the light
(The Aurora full-spectrum marine light is crazy expensive~)
The aquatic plants planted include: moss, green rotala,
ludwigia, dwarf pearl grass, Utricularia graminifolia, and Eleocharis parvula
After the foreground plants were pulled out by his wife to stir-fry
he planted them all over again
His wife found out the light was expensive and sold it off
and swapped it for a Netlea divine light
Fellow hobbyist Lei's canvassing moment:"The day I did the aquascaping, the house was a complete mess. In the evening, halfway through, I stopped for a late-night snack, and the filter canister's seal wasn't pressed on properly, so it opened up and water flowed all over the floor! Brothers, I did an aquascape, had my light sold off by my wife! The foreground plants got eaten in a stir-fry! The floor and furniture got water-damaged! Just for the fact that I held back and didn't smash the tank, please vote for me, thank you everyone!"
The second tank
is an aquascape tank from fellow hobbyist Bad Guy
The editor calls him "Brother Poor"
Tank dimensions: 45 tank
First, let's look at the finished aquascape
Painstakingly planned for a year
A carefully devised design sketch
A friendly reminder: those who are eating, swallow your food before looking
emmm~ the editor knows
you designed it with "heart" (shock)
Brother Poor calmly takes a photo
of the tank with his own reflection in it
Azalea root, cosmetic sand, blood-red rotala, and small Anubias
Arrange the only materials he has inside
His own feeling: "Beautiful and stunning!"
Start adding aquarium soil
Add cosmetic sand
Brother Poor's biggest trait: OCD
See those scattered grains of aquarium soil
He picks them out one by one with tweezers
It really looks so poor..... oh no
It looks crazy fresh!
He knew the editor likes details
so he specially took these for the editor!
Now entering Brother Poor's canvassing moment:"emmm..... my pitch is as poor as my tank. I won't say more, it's all in the wine (can't afford wine, plain water)! Those who understand me, vote for me! Bros!"
The third tank
is an aquascape tank from fellow hobbyist Huang
Tank dimensions: 60*32*32
Magnetic rings used as padding to create the slope
Materials all prepared
The lower right corner bathes these materials in sunlight
Here comes the hardcore stuff!
Here comes the hardcore stuff!
Here comes the hardcore stuff!
Prepare yourself mentally before looking!
In order to acid-wash these Seiryu stones
who knows how long I squatted in front of the pit
and what I went through
Foreground dwarf pearl grass, background red foxtail
Throw them all in, ok
Fellow hobbyist Huang's canvassing moment:"For the sake of an experience where even ghosts don't know how long I stayed in that pit! Vote for me! Pray that good people get good rewards!"
The buddy who gets first place can claim a big token of the editor's appreciation (Aquatic Plant Little Sister'slunch money!), so hurry up and join the voting!
