People who are afraid of heights are usually most comfortable keeping their feet on solid ground. Flowers only grow freely when they are with soil. But with technology so advanced, it is very easy to sprout with nothing at all. For example, growing vegetables at home requires no pot, and no soil either. Find a tray and a sheet of paper, and you have everything, clean and eco-friendly!

The specific method is as follows:

15-day fast vegetable growing, suitable for radish sprouts, Chinese toon sprouts, and bean sprouts

Step 1

First soak the prepared seeds. Depending on how hard the seeds are, soak for half a day to a full day. Then prepare a sheet of paper and a tray. Lay the paper flat on the tray and wet it with water.

Step 2

Spread the seeds evenly on the paper, without overlapping each seed. Then spray with water, and cover the seeds with another sheet of paper.

Step 3

Place the tray in a cool environment. Before germination, do not expose it to strong sunlight, so the seedlings are not scorched to death.

Step 4

After germination (about 7 days), once small leaves have grown, they can be exposed to sunlight. During this period, always keep the bottom of the tray moist and spray water often. Vegetable seedlings change day by day. In about two weeks, the vegetable seedlings can grow very tall. At this point you can take out the whole tray, rinse off the paper, and they are ready to eat!
