2018 Taimali Jinzhen Mountain Flower-Viewing Shuttle Bus Surpasses 10,000 Riders Reaching the Summit!

This year, the Taimali Township Office set up a daily flower-viewing shuttle bus at Zhongzheng Hall (about 1000 m up Jinzhen Mountain) from July 27 to September 14. To celebrate the shuttle bus surpassing 10,000 riders reaching the summit, the Taimali Jinzhen Mountain Leisure Agriculture Development Association and the Taimali Township Office presented the 10,000th lucky visitor with Jinzhen Mountain agricultural specialties and souvenirs related to the daylily season, and specially invited Taimali Township Mayor Cheng Cheng-chun to come and present the award in celebration.

This year, on September 1 at 8:00 a.m., a creative daylily cuisine competition was held, with performances beginning at 10:30 a.m. Nearly 20 teams competed on site, presenting all kinds of daylily dishes, and experts and scholars were hired that day as judges, hoping to select the daylily delicacies that represent Jinzhen Mountain in order to promote daylily cuisine; in addition, from now until September 14, the Taimali Township Office is holding a Jinzhen Mountain photography competition, with generous prize money for talented photography enthusiasts from across the country to show off their skills.
