How to grow pennywort in water? Hydroponic methods and tips
I. Water culture methods
Water-cultured pennywort can be converted from soil culture to water culture. When converting, simply take the plant out of the soil environment, break up and shake off the original soil ball, rinse off the dust and old soil with running water, and place it in a suitable container for water culture.

You can also cut a stem segment with three to five leaves from other water-cultured or soil-cultured pennywort, place it in a water culture container, and let it take root and sprout to grow into a new water-cultured plant. Either way, the goal of water culture can be achieved.
II. Precautions
During care, note that pennywort must have sufficient light, and in winter in the north, the overwintering temperature must not be lower than 5 degrees. Frequently replace part of the water in the water culture; generally it is not advisable to exceed half, and one-third to one-quarter is an ideal amount. Extract the residue at the bottom, add fresh water, and you can also put two or three to four or five granules of slow-release compound fertilizer into the water, so that it can grow relatively well.
