What indoor plants purify the air
I. Plants that purify the air
Popular lore: spider plants, cacti, succulents. They absorb carbon dioxide at night and release oxygen, that function. The vast majority of plants have the effect of absorbing harmful gases, breaking them down or storing them within their bodies for processing, and they also help improve the growing environment for plants.
II. Limitations in actual conditions
The improvement effect has certain limits and is not as powerful as imagined. Air purification can only be partially achieved; it is still impossible to completely purify all harmful gases within a certain area. To obtain an excellent indoor environment, multiple measures must be implemented. Plants kept indoors can only play a certain role and cannot fully achieve the goal of relying on plants to purify the air; the effect is not very high. If you want a better purification effect, you need a large number of plants, and the small number cultivated is also a reason this cannot be solved in homes and offices.
