What to do about compacted potting soil? A simple trick solves it easily without changing the soil or the pot

If the problem of compacted potting soil is not solved in time, the plant's roots will grow poorly because they cannot absorb water, and in severe cases they will even wither and die, and after that no matter how much you water and fertilize, it will be to no avail!
Friends may think that generally solving compacted potting soil definitely requires at least changing the soil, or even changing the pot, which is a bit troublesome. Today, here is a trick that can solve the problem of compacted potting soil without changing the pot or changing the soil.
A simple trick for solving compacted potting soil: the method of applying dry fertilizer on the soil surface
Using the method of applying dry fertilizer on the soil surface, on the one hand it can make the compacted potting soil loose and solve the problem of compacted potting soil; on the other hand, after the dry fertilizer is applied to the soil surface, it will soon begin to ferment, and the nutrients produced will sink down to the roots of the flowering plant so that they can absorb them.
Specific steps:
1. First loosen the potting soil and do not water for one day; on the second day, evenly sprinkle the powdered dry fertilizer on the surface of the potting soil.
2. Apply the dry fertilizer according to the size of the flower pot: about 10 grams for a small pot, about 15 grams for a medium pot, and about 20 grams for a large pot. Based on the amount sprinkled, it should be just enough that the potting soil is slightly visible; it must not be too thick, so as to avoid too large a fertilizer amount generating heat and burning the flowering plant to death.
3. After sprinkling, use a watering can to spray water into the pot once, so that the potting soil and fertilizer powder are closely combined, and at the same time promote the fertilizer powder to ferment quickly. After that, apply once every one and a half to two months. About twenty days after fertilizing, the potting soil will begin to become loose.
Tip: Choice of dry fertilizer: rapeseed cake powder, soybean cake powder, and poultry manure powder are all fine.
