Give your snake plant a little alcohol and meat broth, and it will grow to 2 meters tall

Everyone says snake plants grow too slowly, and after a year or so you still haven't seen any growth... That's because you haven't fed it nutrients. You don't need to buy any fertilizer or nutrient solution. Just water it casually with the leftover broth and water from home, and it will shoot up fast, taller than a person!
The picture below shows the snake plant at flower enthusiast @Xiaoyuer's home. After growing it for one or two years, it is already taller than a person. Bring out a tape measure and check, and it is a full two meters plus!
Feed it a little small fish and meat, and the snake plant's leaves will shoot up fast
We are all used to blanching meat before stewing it to remove the bloody smell. In fact, the first round of meat-blanching water contains a lot of nitrogen, and if you want leaves that are green and vigorous, you can't do without nitrogen.
After blanching, fish the meat out, skim off the layer of foam on the surface, then let it cool, and after that you can water the snake plant with it. What's left over can be stored in a plastic bottle for later use.
Besides meat-blanching water, the water from plainly boiling shrimp and shellfish is also a nutrient-rich water full of nitrogen, and it has little oil, so there's no need to skim off foam. Let it cool and you can use it!
Pour in a little alcohol, and the snake plant goes wild and grows 1 meter
Beer contains some carbon dioxide, protein, amino acids and so on, which can promote the growth of leaves, stimulate the nutrients in the soil, and improve the soil's acidity.
Normally we can wipe the snake plant's leaves with beer. Mix beer with water = 1:10, dip a sponge or cotton cloth in it and wipe. After wiping, the snake plant's respiration becomes stronger, and it grows wider and thicker!
The leftover beer from wiping can be mixed with more water (beer to water = 1:50) and poured into the flowerpot. Water with beer water 1-2 times a month, and the growth rate can be several times faster!
Give the snake plant some manure, and it will climb onto the roof without any other care
For flower enthusiasts who keep fish and turtles at home, the water changed out is a fertilizer money can't buy. It contains a lot of fish and turtle excrement. Have you heard of the mulberry-dike fish pond? Plants love this kind of organic ecological water the most.
If you don't keep fish, you can also use the droppings of small rabbits and small hamsters as a base fertilizer. These small animals are all herbivores, and their droppings break down relatively easily. If you find the smell unpleasant, you can leave them outside in the sun first; once dry, there's no smell.
Choose the right flowerpot; a short pot grows more vigorously
Don't be fooled by the snake plant's leaves shooting up tall; its root system isn't very long, and the roots also fear waterlogging. With too much water, they rot easily...
So it's best to plant snake plants in short, squat pots, which suit root growth, make it harder for water to accumulate at the bottom of the pot, and easily let little pups poke out.
The tall flowerpots popular now, although they look nice for planting, make it easy for water to accumulate at the bottom of the pot after watering, raising the risk of root rot, and the small pot opening is also not good for the snake plant's leaf growth.
The tying method keeps leaves standing straight
When a snake plant grows tall, its leaves tend to "topple this way and that," easily developing creases, causing "poor circulation," and then affecting normal growth.
It's best to find a thicker strip of cloth or rope and tie it up. This way, once the growth is fixed in place, they will grow faster and straighter the more they grow~
