How Often to Water Pothos? Grow It This Way for Lush Growth and Long Vines
Pothos is an especially easy-to-grow ornamental plant. This plant is a perennial evergreen vine, and it is particularly well suited to indoor cultivation. So how should you grow it to make it more lush? Some pothos never produce vines no matter how you grow them, so how should you grow it to get vines?

Pothos has very high light requirements. Pothos can neither be exposed to blazing sun nor kept in complete shade. The best sunlight is diffused light, which is very suitable for pothos growth. So pothos should not be kept in a shady spot all the time; it can also be placed in direct sunlight to sun itself, but avoid harsh sun exposure. Pothos has a relatively high water demand. In spring, water once every two to three days; in summer, water once every one to two days; in autumn, water once every four to five days; in winter, water once every three to four days. But do not water too much either, because pothos roots are fleshy roots, and if there is too much standing water, it will cause root rot. Keeping pothos moist also allows the leaves to carry out photosynthesis better. Watering should be paired with lighting, and this way your pothos will grow lush and produce vines.
