Huahua has been suffering from excess internal heat lately, with mouth ulcers that keep coming back, until my mom picked a fruit from the balcony and juiced it for me to drink, and it actually healed gradually! What fruit is so magical? Of course, it is the lemon!

Grow lemons this way, and they can become a little forest!

1. Collect the lemon seeds, soak them in water for 3-5 days, then use a small knife to remove the outer membrane of the seeds, being careful not to cut your hands. You can also choose not to peel them, but sprouting may be a bit slower.

2. Prepare wet paper towels, place the lemon seeds on the wet paper towels, wrap them with plastic wrap, or place them on the router to encourage sprouting. Basically, in about 5 days, the lemon seeds will grow long little sprouts.

3. Prepare a flower pot and loose, breathable nutrient soil. You can pick up a few small stones to place at the bottom of the pot to ensure drainage and air permeability.

4. Put the nutrient soil into the flower pot, water the pot soil thoroughly, then plant the sprouted lemon seeds into it, and cover with a thin layer of soil. Note that the sprouting end should face up, and everyone must not place it upside down.

5. Place the flower pot in a place with good light, and be careful to spray water toward the pot surface to keep the pot surface slightly moist. Basically, in about 1 week, the lemon will sprout little shoots and begin to grow constantly.

6. When the little shoots have grown more than 4 leaves, it is best to transplant the lemons. Otherwise, with so many seedlings crowded in one flower pot, the growth will not be very vigorous.

7. Prepare a larger flower pot and transplant the lemon seedlings out. First place the lemons in a cool, ventilated place to recover for about 1 week, then move them into the sun to get more sunlight.

8. If you want the lemon to grow into a large potted plant as quickly as possible, it needs more sun, so just place it on a south-facing balcony. In summer and autumn, when the weather is hot, water it basically once every 3-5 days, and occasionally spray water around the flower pot to ensure sufficient air humidity.

9. A lemon grown from a seedling will take about 7-8 years to bear fruit, so fellow flower lovers must be patient enough. If you think the fruiting time is too long, you can also graft it onto other fruit trees after the lemon branches become woody, which will greatly shorten the fruiting time.

10. The simplest method is to go to the flower market and buy a pot of already grafted lemon tree. When repotting, add some fermented chicken manure fertilizer as base fertilizer, usually give it more sun, and supplement more potassium fertilizer, that is, plant ash, which can make the lemons bear large and abundant fruit!

Drink a glass of lemon water in summer, cooling and delicious!

Although it is already autumn now, the temperature still remains high. So in such weather, we might as well have a glass of honey lemon water, clearing heat and relieving summer heat, and one sip tastes absolutely amazing!

1. Wash the lemon

Fresh lemons have a feeling on the outer peel as if a layer of wax has been applied, so before making lemon water, it is best to wet the lemon peel, rub it a few times with table salt, then rinse it with clean water.

2. Slice the lemon

Cut the lemon into thin slices, then remove the seeds inside the lemon to prevent the taste from being too bitter.

3. Make lemon water

Prepare a clean glass bottle or other container, first put a layer of honey at the bottom of the bottle, then add lemon slices, then add honey, and repeat several times until the bottle is filled to 8 parts full, and the top layer should also be fully covered with honey.

4. Seal and store

After making it, seal the jar containing the honey lemon with plastic wrap, then store it in the refrigerator.

5. Drink directly

After about 1 week, the honey lemon water you made is ready to drink! Whenever you want to drink it, pick 1-2 lemon slices into a cup, pour in a little of the honey used to soak the lemons, and finally add warm water or cold water according to your taste, and you can drink it directly!
