Now in 2018, we have already entered August and the Beginning of Autumn, and the weather has cooled somewhat. Compared with working in 40-degree heat, farmers' working environment seems a bit more comfortable. As the year enters its final stage, migrant workers all want to welcome a perfect finish in the last few months. But perhaps many farmer friends are not aware that the state recently issued the notice of the "2018-2019 Autumn and Winter Comprehensive Action Plan for Air Pollution Control in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas." The document makes clear that in October (that is, in another two months), the shutdown order will begin again, lasting until March 2019, and farmers need to make plans early!

When it comes to the shutdown order, migrant worker friends working away from home are all familiar with it. In fact, starting last year, in order to limit smoggy weather in autumn and winter, the state issued similar shutdown work regulations. Last year it was 3 months, while this year's shutdown order is stricter, reaching a duration of 6 months, from October 1 this year to March 31, 2019. That is to say, two months from now, a considerable number of migrant workers may have to stop work, and farmers need to make plans early and prepare as soon as possible to return home or change jobs!

So which industries will be affected by this shutdown order? There are mainly 3 kinds: 1. Some factories with excessive pollution emissions, mainly in the construction industry. These are mainly some ceramics, construction brick factories, and other decoration material production industries. 2. The steel industry. Affected by the shutdown order, steel output is very likely to drop to 30 to 50 percent of the original.

3. Cement, chemical, and large-scale industrial production plants. Such factories will, according to relevant regulations, have production restricted or be shut down for renovation if their pollution emissions are excessive. Therefore, if there are migrant worker friends engaged in the above 3 industries, in the next two months they may face the danger of "unemployment," but fortunately, migrant worker friends still have two months to prepare, so they will not be completely at a loss.

Nowadays, as farmers go out to work, the employment threshold is also getting higher and higher. Many enterprises require migrant workers to work with certificates, and the comprehensive quality requirements for employees are also rising. Moreover, with the introduction of the rural "ban on breeding," many farms in rural areas also face closure, making it hard for migrant workers to stay and hard to return home, putting them in the awkward position of being caught between a rock and a hard place!

In general, in another two months, the shutdown order will begin again, lasting until March 2019, and farmers need to make plans early!
