Glass Bottle Terrarium Tutorial: Grow a Beautiful Little Forest in a Few Steps

Whenever you walk into a flower market, even just strolling around casually, you will see the now hugely popular plant "terrariums." At first glance they are mini and adorable, and once you see them again you cannot put them down. Inside each bright glass container, a beautiful little fairy-tale forest world is perfectly presented.
The word "micro" means small and inconspicuous, but nowadays it also carries the meaning of cute, mini and delicate. Unlike ordinary potted plants, this novel type of potted planting, made by combining various fences, sand and gravel, cute cartoon characters, animals, moss, succulents, small grasses and more, is simply too beautiful.
In fact, we can also make a few ourselves; it takes just a few steps and is very interesting.
Making a Terrarium
1. First, find a transparent glass container, such as a vase or a jar, anything like that will do.
2. Look for some fresh moss; it usually grows in damp places near home. If you really cannot find any, of course you can also buy it online, where anything is possible.
3. Prepare some nutrient soil, small succulents, small grasses, small stones, small cartoon toys and so on; you can also make a small fence from popsicle sticks.
4. Now comes the making process: first lay stones in the container, then spread water moss, then spread nutrient soil and so on, and finally place the fresh moss on top, plant the plants, and arrange the scene with decorative sand and gravel and figurines.
Of course, you can do it according to your own ideas; arrange it however you like, and fiddle with it as you please. Looking at each witty and wonderful scene is like putting a tiny forest into a vase, and a fairy-tale forest at that!
Terrarium Care
You can spray water once a day to keep the interior environment moist, which helps the plants grow. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, but it needs bright light for at least 6 hours. When you find withered and dead old leaves inside, you should also remove them promptly so they do not affect the display.
And these beautiful terrariums, placed on a desk at home, beside the TV, or in the office, or even in the car, are highly decorative and make you feel relaxed and happy just looking at them.
