1. Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is very common at home; if you buy it, it costs only 2 yuan a bottle, 100 tablets. If you have hydroponic cut flowers at home, such as lucky bamboo and wintersweet, you can directly put one tablet of vitamin B12 into the vase. It not only makes hydroponic flowers root quickly, but also keeps them fresh and extends the flowering period.
2. Gentian violet
Gentian violet has a good effect on root or leaf rot of plants and can occasionally replace carbendazim. For example, when a potted plant has root rot, you can wash the roots clean, cut off the rotten part, then evenly apply gentian violet to the wound, let it dry and replant; when leaves are rotting, it can be applied directly to the leaves, but the concentration must be low.
3. Aspirin
After aspirin is mixed with water, it can promote plant growth, extend the flowering period, and also prevent and treat yellow leaves caused by plant infection with pathogens. The dosage is about one tablet to 4 L of water. It is good for growing pothos, clivia, spider plant and so on.
4. Vitamin C
After vitamin C dissolves in water, it becomes weakly acidic. Mixed with water and used to water flowers, it can regulate the pH of the soil, and is especially favored by acid-loving flowers, such as jasmine and camellia.
5. Vitamin C
Vitamin C and vitamin C have similar effects; it may be a more expensive health product, and some other substances are also added to it. Crush one vitamin C tablet, add water and use it to water flowers. Over time, it can make potted flowers grow robustly, with green leaves and bright flowers. It is suitable for most flowers and plants!
