Chunlan Ruixie: Which Is Better? With Pictures, Prices and Variety Introduction
Ruixie is a very early variety of Chunlan (Cymbidium goeringii), regarded as an old variety of Chunlan. Its petal type is multi-lipped without a stamen-like form. It is one of only 2 Ruixie among traditional Chunlan varieties. It was selected in the early Republic of China period by Yang Xingsheng.

The characteristics of Ruixie are three narrow and long petals, with a contracted base and flared corners. The petal-like inner segments evolve into a lip shape. The bract leaves are light pink, speckled with dark purple-red hemp-like markings, with a narrow leaf shape, the leaf posture half-drooping, the leaf surface having wide and deep V-shaped leaf grooves, the leaf color dark green and glossy, and the leaf tips pointed and long. Its price fluctuates considerably, generally between 40 yuan and 200 yuan.
