Four beautiful flowers that are easy to grow and thrive: root a single cutting and fill a pot, with blooms lasting for months

When it comes to growing flowers, many friends love flowers but find them especially difficult to care for, and they don't want to spend too much money either. In fact, growing flowers doesn't necessarily require a lot of time or money, and you don't necessarily have to start from seeds. These four flowers are beautiful and lovely. As long as a relative, friend or neighbor nearby has grown one, you can just snap off a cutting and grow a whole pot from it, and they fill a pot very easily.
Gloxinia (Sinningia speciosa)
Its flowers are especially beautiful. Though the plant is small, the petals are quite large, bright and colorful.
It can be propagated both by stem cuttings and by leaf cuttings. The stems will even grow roots when soaked in water.
When taking cuttings, be careful to keep the soil moist, mist frequently to retain humidity, and provide shade, so roots grow faster.
Moss rose (Portulaca grandiflora)
It really can be grown with your eyes closed. It produces many flowers, blooming in whole patches, and the flowering period is long, lasting several months.
Many friends grow it from seed, but it is actually incredibly easy to propagate from cuttings. A cutting about ten centimeters long, with leaves and even flower buds, can root successfully.
As long as it touches soil and gets a little water, it grows roots, sprouts and blooms very quickly.
Heartleaf ice plant (Aptenia cordifolia)
This trailing plant has bright, beautiful flowers and is as easy to grow as spider plant. Give it shade in summer and don't forget to water it promptly.
It can also be propagated from cuttings. Prepare a healthy cutting about ten centimeters long, then shade it and keep it moist after planting.
Use well-aerated soil, water without letting water accumulate. Generally roots grow in about ten days, with a very high survival rate.
Madagascar periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus)
Also called "daily spring" or "four-season plum," anyone who has grown this flower surely knows its flowering period is especially long, lasting from spring to the end of autumn, and it opens dozens of flowers every day, truly splendid and beautiful.
Cut a stem, insert it into a flower pot to a depth of three or four centimeters. Don't place the cutting under strong sunlight. Water it and put it in a ventilated, shaded spot, and roots will gradually grow after a week.
After it sprouts, resume normal care. Pinch and top it often to encourage side buds, side branches and flower buds to grow, and water with a bit more fertilizer solution to get more blooms.
