Golden Delicious apples from the clouds, naturally grown, crisp and sweet, juicy with a rich fruity aroma - you could eat two in one sitting

At the end of July
we set foot on this land of the Daliang Mountains
Here there is the purest sky
Here there is the purest fruit
Here, whether adults or children
their eyes all radiate a kind of
return-to-simplicity rusticness and frankness
We rediscovered something of the original taste of fruit
and rediscovered some childhood memories of good food
Whether a fruit tastes good is not just about its appearance
It also embodies
the craftsmanship, dedication and sincerity of the grower
Today, we bring you
the completely wild, naturally grown green apples of the Daliang Mountains
at an altitude of 2400 m, reverently delivered to your side
Below the Yalong River, on the southeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau - this is Yanyuan in the Daliang Mountains.
Adjacent to Lugu Lake, this is a place far from the noise of the city. Here the river valley is deep and secluded, and within it lies a giant panda distribution area, a nature reserve; the soil here contains organic matter and is free of industrial pollution; far from the city and close to the sun, this is a globally recognized premium apple-growing region where all 7 ecological indicators meet the standard.

The green apples of the Daliang Mountains grow at an altitude of 3000 m on the edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau - by the shores of Lugu Lake, the Oriental Land of Daughters. With over 2700 hours of sunshine a year, watered by pure snow-mountain water and breathing zero-pollution air, the apples they produce are exceptionally outstanding in quality.
Even a friend from Shaanxi who has grown apples for twenty or thirty years sighed when he arrived here: "Yanyuan is the most suitable place for growing apples; such an environment is unmatched anywhere in the country."

Ordinary green apples look especially emerald green, but the flesh is dry and the sourness is so heavy that it masks the apple's fragrance, so you cannot taste the aroma at all.
The green apples of the Daliang Mountains are beautiful, crisp, low in fiber, plump and juicy, tasting wonderfully sweet-and-sour and crisp - you cannot help but take one bite after another.

Coincidentally, the green apples of the Daliang Mountains have had a bumper harvest this year, and this is also the year with the best taste. We firmly believe that these pure green apples, raised for years on snow-mountain water, will surely warm the hearts of those who love green apples.

Poverty and backwardness are the lingering nightmare of the local people. To lift the villagers out of poverty, the local government took advantage of the environment here and began vigorously promoting apple cultivation from the 1970s onward. The green apples grow in the cool highland climate of abundant sunshine and semi-arid conditions, enduring the temperature difference between day and night and the dry winters and springs, bathed in the sweet rains of summer and autumn and ample sunlight.

The villagers have lived for years on high mountains at an altitude of 2000-3000 m. Because of the geographical location, the ultraviolet radiation in Liangshan is stronger than elsewhere, and the skin of Liangshan people is generally darker. The village is quiet; people talk in low voices, no shouting, and even the crowing of roosters, the bleating of sheep and the songs of birds all sound so pleasant. People seem to have long forgotten the existence of time.

Here 80% of the villagers make their living by growing apples. The elderly woman told us that in the blink of an eye so many years have passed, several groups of people have come and gone, but the fruit trees have never been replaced. The fruit picked now still has the taste of the green apples of the 1970s.

Liangshan is poor and backward, with no conditions for using large-scale spraying equipment; nor is reflective film used in the fields. The simple fruit farmers fear causing unnecessary environmental pollution to the apple orchards, so the green apples just grow wild and naturally in the Daliang Mountains.

It is precisely because of these folk customs, together with the superior geographical environment, that the green apples of the Daliang Mountains are clean, with delicate flesh, crisp and sweet on the first bite, naturally carrying a sense of purity.
Pick one from the tree, wipe it with the corner of your clothes, and it is ready to eat
Most of them are ethnic minorities, and they do not speak Mandarin well, nor are they highly educated, but the green apples they grow with conscience are truly delicious. The fruit is not particularly large, and the skin has no sheen, but it is full of water and crisp!
| Farmers have dignity, eaters gain health |
There is a Western proverb: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." But if that apple has a lot of pesticide residue, things are different. Statistics show that apples are the fruits and vegetables most often found with pesticide residue, and for 5 consecutive years they have ranked first among the 12 agricultural products on the pesticide contamination list. The pesticide residue in almost every apple sample is as high as 99%! After that come, in order: strawberries, grapes, celery, peaches, spinach, bell peppers, imported nectarines, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
The biggest feature of the green apples of the Daliang Mountains is their original taste - healthy and pollution-free. There is rarely a chance to eat apples with this flavor on the market. Because no pesticides are applied and no wax is used, an occasional apple may not look very attractive, but it is certainly wild enough and flavorful enough.

|The benefits of eating green apples are more than you can imagine |
Green apples are neutral in nature and sweet in taste, suitable for all ages.
They are rich in pectin, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, dietary fiber, malic acid and carotene - among all fruits and vegetables, their nutritional value is the closest to perfect.
Green apples are rich in minerals, vitamins and pectin, and can regulate the stomach and intestines - have one at breakfast for full energy. You can also cut them into pieces and put them in yogurt; these are truly large fruit pieces!
Green apples also contain abundant fiber, and the fine fibers within can remove dirt between the teeth, with the effect of cleaning and beautifying the teeth - you can even save the money for teeth whitening at the dentist.
Notes
When you receive the green apples, store them in a cool, dry place; in hot weather, placing them in the refrigerator will keep them longer.
Because they grow naturally, are not ripened with chemicals, are not waxed and ripen on their own, the green apples of the Daliang Mountains can boldly be washed clean and eaten with the skin on. They taste good, and the skin is also rich in nutrients and healthy. The natural fruit wax on the skin exists to protect the apple, so there is no need to wash it off.
