Raise a cactus well and it can still look grand and classy, so don't underestimate it

Yesterday a flower-loving friend left me a message asking me to talk about cacti. Since I haven't had time to shoot a video these past couple of days, I'll first write an article about cacti for everyone!
Although cacti are relatively easy to grow, if you want to raise them with a tall, grand form and thick, plump pads, then you still need to put in a little extra thought!
First, let's talk about the soil used for planting cacti!
If you want to raise a cactus with a tall, grand form, the soil is crucial. This isn't to say that its requirements for soil are especially high, but it absolutely must be loose and air-permeable,
Because the cactus's native habitat is the desert, when planting cacti it's best to use some sandy soil. If you don't want to spend money buying soil, just use 40% garden soil plus 60% river sand. This will also ensure looseness and air permeability, and can also raise the cactus very well!
Second,After planting the cactus, it comes down to daily care. Cacti are different from other succulents; their care is very simple. If growing them indoors, be sure to place them in the spot at home with the most sunlight,
And if growing them outdoors, that's even better. Even if they're in the sun all day long, there's no need to worry about sunburning them. Cacti love sun; the more sun they get, the thicker their pads become and the better they grow!
Moreover, cacti are relatively drought-tolerant and have no requirements for fertility. Even if you don't water them for a long time, they won't die of drought, and even if you don't fertilize them, they can still grow normally!
But if you want them to grow with a tall, grand form and thick pads, don't let them go without water for long periods either. Normally, once the potting soil has dried out completely, water them, and it's best to give them a compound fertilizer 1-2 times a month!
Raising a cactus well is actually just this simple. If there's anything you still don't understand, leave me a message in the comments section!
