What styles of garden moon gates are there? Let us take you through the beauty of gardens

Moon gates play a very important role in the spatial design of Chinese gardens. Through the openings of doors and windows, they create spatial penetration and flow, achieving the effect of scenery within the garden, scenery within scenery, and changing views with every step, while also serving as an important means of creating framed courtyard views.

The most common moon gate is the circular moon gate, also known as the moon gate or moon opening. Others come in various shapes, including hexagonal, octagonal, rectangular, gourd, banana leaf, peach, autumn leaf, vase, and tablet shapes, and each type has many variations.
