Water your pothos with this kind of wastewater from home, and it can grow to 100 meters without fertilizer or nutrient solution.

Fellow plant lovers all keep pothos at home, right? Generally, when you see a pothos that's growing well, it's only a few meters or a dozen meters or so, but have you ever seen a pothos that grows to over 100 meters? As it happens, a plant lover surnamed Yang in Northeast China actually grew her pothos to over 100 meters long, wrapping around the roof several times. Truly impressive, my fellow plant lover!
Wow, it's really long. You can count just how many loops it makes!
So what's her secret to caring for it?
1. Long-term watering with fish tank water
For a pothos to grow this long, it definitely can't do without nutrients. How do the tips absorb nutrients? Plant lover Yang has been growing this pot of pothos for 10 years already, and her secret is actually very simple: for all these years, she has always watered the pothos with wastewater from her fish tank.
2. If you don't keep fish, make your own fish fertilizer
If you don't keep fish, the method is to mix fish intestines, fish scales, and so on with soil. If it's summer, ferment for half a month; in winter, ferment for about a month. In both cases, sun-dry it, then use a glass bottle or similar container to repeatedly crush and roll it so it mixes thoroughly with the soil, sift it through a sieve, and then this dry, loose fertilizer is ready. Store it, and basically half a year's "rations" for the pothos is enough.
