When it comes to summer, there is one thing you absolutely cannot do without, and that is popsicles! The popsicles sold outside have a high sugar content, and you do not feel safe eating them. Today, Huahua is going to teach everyone how to make low-sugar yet delicious popsicles at home!

Red bean milk popsicles

The popsicle Huahua loved most as a child was the red bean milk popsicle, with both the sweet fragrance of red beans and a rich milky aroma~

1. Take 300 grams of adzuki beans, rub and rinse them several times with clean water, then soak them overnight.

2. Pour the soaked adzuki beans into a pot, add brown sugar or rock sugar according to personal preference, pour in 1 liter of water, and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, and the adzuki beans will be soft and cooked through.

3. Drain the cooked red beans and put them in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and stir well, then place in the refrigerator to chill.

4. Take 220 grams of pure milk, pour the sweetened red beans into the milk; for a thicker texture, you can add about 100 grams of light cream, stir well, then pour into a blender.

5. Pour the cooled red bean milk mixture into popsicle molds, and place in the freezer.

6. After about half a day, the fragrant and sweet red bean milk popsicles are ready to eat!

Mango popsicles

Mangoes also quietly come into season in summer. Eating mangoes on their own is too monotonous, so why not try mango popsicles!

1. Peel and pit the mango, and cut into small pieces.

2. Pour the cut mango pieces into a blender and blend into a puree.

3. If you like milk, you can pour an appropriate amount of milk into the mango puree and stir well. Pour the mango puree into popsicle molds, and place in the freezer.

4. The mango popsicles full of rich mango aroma are done! If you like watermelon popsicles, you can follow this method too~

Rainbow popsicles

Finally, Huahua is going to introduce a super high-appearance internet-famous popsicle; after making it, Huahua immediately posted it on Moments!

1. Red layer: Cut watermelon into pieces and remove the seeds, put into a juicer and extract the juice. Pour the watermelon juice into the mold to a depth of 1/5, and place in the freezer.

2. Orange layer: Peel the orange, put into a juicer and extract the juice. Take out the mold that has already solidified in the refrigerator, pour in another 1/5 of orange juice, and put it back in the refrigerator to freeze again.

3. Yellow layer: Peel and pit the mango (or use pineapple), put into a juicer and extract the juice. Take the mold out again, pour mango juice into the mold to 1/5, then place in the freezer.

4. Green layer: Extract juice from kiwi, and repeat the above steps.

5. Purple layer: Extract juice from blueberries, and repeat the above steps.

6. The juices needed can be added according to your own preferences; after freezing, the beautiful internet-famous popsicles are done!
