Use beer on your green plants with a little of this added, and they will grow like crazy with lush green leaves

In summer, many people drink chilled beer, and every time there is some left over, pouring it away is such a waste. It makes an excellent fertilizer for green plants, especially for larger ones like the money tree (Pachira aquatica), areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) and snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata). The effect is especially obvious, making their branches thick, leaves large and lushly green.

Beer itself contains plenty of amino acids, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and other elements, which can provide nutrients for green plants. And if you add a little of this "ingredient", they will grow like crazy, promoting the differentiation of new buds, thickening the branches and making the leaves lushly green.

This "ingredient" is aspirin tablets. Aspirin contains substances such as salicylic acid, which can stimulate activity, promote root growth and make the plant more luxuriant. However, aspirin is rather difficult to dissolve in water, so its effect is not particularly obvious, but it dissolves very well in beer.

Specific method: first grind the aspirin into powder, 1L of beer to 1 aspirin tablet, shake well and let it stand for about 2 hours, then dilute with water 5 times. You can pour it into a fine-nozzle spray bottle and spray it on the branches and leaves of the money tree (Pachira aquatica) and areca palm (Dypsis lutescens). When spraying, be careful to spray from bottom to top to ensure even coverage; for large-leafed plants like the snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata), you can wipe them with a soft cloth.

Use it once every three days, continuously for half a month, and you can make the branches thick, the leaves large and lushly green, with new buds sprouting non-stop and growing like crazy.

One more note: generally speaking, it is not really recommended to pour beer into the flower pot, as too many times can easily cause the potting soil to become compacted. For green plants like the money tree (Pachira aquatica), areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) and snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata), compacted potting soil will inhibit growth, cause the plant to lose its luster and reduce its ornamental value.

For some flower lovers who make their own fermented rice-washing water, since it gives off a bad smell during fermentation, you can pour in some beer and the smell will be much weaker. It also increases the fertility of the rice-washing water and causes less damage to the potting soil and roots.
