Bathroom silicone sealant easily turns black and smelly? Swap it for this one - it's moisture-proof, won't turn black, and is very practical.

Many people choose silicone sealant for bonding things at home, but they soon find that the silicone sealant they've only just started using turns dirty and smelly before long. This is because silicone sealant has relatively large pores and easily reacts with the moisture in the bathroom. In most households, the silicone sealant turns black in about half a year, and it also easily grows mold, making it look very dirty. Regarding this situation, the editor asked a renovation worker, and the worker said that besides silicone sealant, we can choose another material for bathroom renovation. This material has good moisture-proof ability, won't turn black, and is quite practical.

This material is "plastic steel putty", and it has many advantages. First, it is very easy to use. Even if you have never had any renovation experience before, a beginner can do a good job with it. As long as you mix it well, spread it into the gaps and press it firm, it is as simple as a child playing with mud.

Second, it has very strong sealing performance. This material is soft when first mixed, but after being applied into the gaps, it will not take long for it to become very hard. Moreover, it is not afraid of water and will not be damaged by water. In fact, many people also use it to repair water pipes.

Also, when we clean it, we only need to wipe it with a damp cloth and it will become very clean. This is much more convenient than silicone sealant, and also more practical and moisture-proof. Thanks to today's technological progress, better materials keep coming out, and our lives will become more comfortable too!
