As people's living standards improve, more and more people have fallen in love with growing flowers, beautifying their homes, cultivating their character, and purifying the air, giving a particularly comfortable environment. Foliage potted plants such as pothos, spider plant, snake plant and money tree are all loved by the vast number of flower enthusiasts, and their care is relatively simple too, but many flower enthusiasts still leave messages saying they cannot grow any flower well and are truly flower-growing killers. In fact, no one is a flower-growing killer, it just depends on whether you put your heart into it. As long as you put your heart into it, there are no difficult flowers to grow. Today I will share a small flower-growing method that can be said to be suitable for all foliage potted plants, and even flowering potted plants can use it too!

Drill a hole at the edge of the pot, drop in 2-3 of these, and pothos, snake plant... 30 days later the pot will burst! I hope you like it~

What is "it" here?

It is actually soybean. Soybean is a crop rich in protein, and after the protein is fermented and decomposed, it transforms into nitrogen fertilizer and other nutritional elements, making it especially suitable for foliage potted plants. After use, it can provide some essential nutritional elements for potted plants such as pothos, snake plant, spider plant and clivia, improve the quality of the potting soil, raise the soil's fertility level, and make the potted plants shoot out new leaves vigorously and grow especially fast.

Flower enthusiast Aunt Wang used fermented soybean to grow pothos. Because it was a newly cut pothos, she only watered it with a little soybean water after planting, and unexpectedly 30 days later it had grown into a full pot of small pothos, looking vibrant and especially delightful.

Now let's talk about the specific method of using soybean to grow flowers:

First, put the soybean into water and soak it for a few hours, then put it into a pot and boil it. After it cools, pour off the water, then put the soybean on a cutting board and chop it up or crush it with a rolling pin. Finally, put it into a sealable bottle, then pour in some clean water or rice-washing water; rice-washing water works a bit better. Next is waiting for the soybean to ferment.

If you have orange peel at home, you can add some chopped orange peel, which can reduce some of the smell. After sealing, put it in a sunny place. In this season, 2-4 weeks is enough.

The method of use is: pour out the upper liquid and mix it with clean water at a ratio of 1:10 to water pothos, snake plant, clivia, spider plant, kalanchoe, Christmas cactus and so on; the effect is great~!

Another method is that after the soybean is boiled, without fermenting it, directly drill a few small holes at the edge of the pot for pothos, snake plant, etc. (be sure to keep away from the roots), put 2-3 soybeans into each hole, and cover with soil. As you water, the soybean will slowly ferment in the soil, thereby releasing nutrients and achieving the purpose of caring for pothos, snake plant, etc. This method is simple to use, but the fertilizer effect is slow, because the soybean has a fermentation process in the soil, and generally it takes about 30 days to see results.

Flower enthusiast Miss Li used soybean this way to care for her snake plant, and the small shoots burst the pot

That's all for today's sharing
