A little trick for growing eggplants on the balcony: in summer the fruits weigh the branches down

On a balcony you can grow not only flowers but also vegetables. Many vegetable growers have grown many pots of vegetables on their own balconies: chili peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, and so on. Eggplants can also be grown on a balcony. When growing eggplants on a balcony, how should you manage them after transplanting, and how should you usually care for them so they bear a lot of fruit?
Home growing methods and tips for eggplants
Eggplants like a warm environment. For eggplants grown on a balcony, give them a little shade right after transplanting; once the leaves stand up, gradually let them receive sunlight and keep the soil slightly moist.
When growing eggplants, ventilation must be good, with no obstructions nearby. When transplanting, wait at least until it has grown about four true leaves. For the transplanting pot, choose a larger container or flower pot, preferably more than 20 cm deep.
Prepare fertile, loose leaf mold or potting soil rich in humus. Right after transplanting, be sure not to put it in the sun immediately; at high temperatures you must shade it, and only let it see sunlight once the young seedling perks up.
Water promptly in normal times and keep the soil slightly moist, which helps it settle in and grow roots. But there must be no standing water. Right after transplanting, do not fertilize immediately; wait half a month, then fertilize gradually. You can apply more organic fertilizer or phosphorus-containing fertilizer.
Eggplants are not afraid of heat or high temperatures; instead, they must not be placed in an environment that is too cold. During the growing period, promptly remove some yellow leaves and diseased leaves. If the growth is too tall, you can pinch off the top.
Eggplants grown in pots can be picked and harvested after three months. Eggplants grown this way are loaded with fruit, bearing many and large ones. Vegetables you grow yourself give you a great sense of accomplishment.
