The Yuanling No. 2 fruit is relatively large, short oval-shaped, and slightly skewed to one side. The average fruit weight is 13 to 14 grams, with a maximum fruit weight of 18 grams. The fruit surface is uneven, the peel is purplish-red and glossy, and the flesh is greenish-white, firm and dense in texture, with little juice and high sugar content, containing about 35% soluble solids, an edible rate of 96.6%, and a drying rate of 60%.
