How to choose a jujube tree planting site? Master the site selection techniques
Selection of a jujube tree planting site
Jujube trees love light, so the first requirement when choosing a plot is open terrain with ample sunlight. Drainage and irrigation conditions should be good, and in particular there must be no long-term standing water. For sloping land, a south-facing sunny slope is better, with a slope of less than 30 degrees. The soil layer should be more than 20 to 30 cm deep. Vigorous-growing varieties for fresh eating are best planted in sandy soil; weakly growing varieties for drying are best placed in heavy clay soil.
