How to tell a rabbit's age
A rabbit's age can be identified from the following four aspects: First, the color of the toe claws: generally look at the claws of the hind legs. At about one year old, the claws are equally red and white; in rabbits under one year old, the red is more than the white; in old rabbits, they are basically white. Second, the curvature of the toe claws: young rabbits' claws are short and straight, hidden among the foot hair; old rabbits' toe claws are hooked and curved, exposed outside the foot hair. Third, the incisors: young rabbits' incisors are white and short; old rabbits' incisors are yellow-brown, thick and long, and often damaged. Fourth, the tightness of the skin: young rabbits' skin is thin and tight, and they are lively in spirit with bright eyes. Old rabbits have drooping eyelids, dull eyes, slow movements and often crouch and huddle, and their skin is thick and loose.
