The Liancheng White Duck is mainly produced in Liancheng County, Fujian Province. The Liancheng White Duck has a narrow, elongated body, a small head, and a slender, long neck. It moves nimbly, has a strong ability to forage for food, and is highly nervous in temperament. Adult drakes weigh 1.4 to 1.5 kg, and adult ducks weigh 1.3 to 1.4 kg.
